Marketing of metal caps for pharmaceutical and food products”,
The objective of this document is to establish the main guidelines of the company in order to:
Ensure a continuous improvement of the service provided, always satisfying both the requirements requested by the interested parties, the regulatory and/or legal requirements that are applicable, as well as the principles of food safety.
Provide a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives.
That our interested parties perceive and appreciate our continuous improvement.
Achieve a high degree of loyalty of our interested parties.
To this end, and always taking as a reference both the Quality Management System and the World Standard for Packaging Materials, the following guidelines are established:
The Management assumes the commitment to comply with the Quality Policy, the objectives and LEAD the development and implementation of the Management System and always seek the path towards continuous improvement of its effectiveness.
The Management assumes the commitment to comply with the World Standard for Packaging Materials and to LEAD the development and implementation of a robust process system that ensures the food safety of our products as well as compliance with legal and customer requirements, implementing systems for their continuous improvement.
All personnel must comply with the provisions of the manuals and procedures, always acting with risk assessment in mind.
Continuous contact with the interested parties, to know their needs and be able to adapt to them.
Increase the degree of training of our staff that results in greater personal satisfaction, an improvement in the work environment and an improvement in the provision of our services.
The organization uses the process risk assessment methodology to prevent possible deviations or non-conformities of the quality management system.
The HEIS GLOBAL Management signs this policy and assumes the commitment to maintain and extend the content of this policy to the general public.
